1. Refunds

Please note that you have an obligation to make payments carefully and to ensure that you really intend to use Our services. We discourage a mere change of mind as a ground for requesting a refund.

We will bear full responsibility for errors that are due to us.

2. NOTIFICATION

There are no refund because the videos are downloadable, and considered intellectual property. The Evaluation accounts are non-refundable

You may not be eligible for a refund in respect of any Service pending the resolution of a claim for a refund.
